Private and Public Sector Project Management
ISG works with a variety of governments, International Organization, Non-Governmental Organizations, international donors, banks and national and international companies to implement projects in some of the most challenging work environments. Government and Community Capacity Building
ISG works with all levels of civil society and government in the design, facilitation, and implementation of capacity building activities. ISG programs strengthen the skills and abilities of individuals and community groups, encourage dialogue, and promote transparent processes across political strata. We also work with governments to develop institutions, train public servants, implement technology and promote transparency.

Investment Strategy Design
A wealth of experience in micro-lending and middle-market financing around the world has given ISG the ability to understand investment strategies in high-risk and/or difficult environments. Back-Office Support
ISG strives to provide its partners and clients with localized, on the ground service at all times and, for many clients, ISG provides end to end back-office support for in-country operations.
